Due to the COVID-19 restrictions on all public gatherings, the Library’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Tuesday 21 April starting at 11 am through Zoom. The Constitution allows for members to be connected by electronic means. All members are welcome to join. But we require a minimum of ten members to constitute a quorum for the AGM.
The Agenda, Minutes of the 2019 AGM, Annual Report 2019 and the Audited Annual Financial Report, 31 December 2019 will be sent to those who have indicated by phone (02) 95715359 or email that they wish to participate in the video/audio hook-up.
Nominations are called from members for the following positions: Chair, Vice-Chair, Secretary, Treasurer plus no fewer than five ordinary members of the Board. Nominations close on Friday 17 April. Nomination forms can be requested through the Library’s email and can be returned in an email attachment or by mail to the Library’s address.
